If you were a dinosaur...

Macadactyl was a term coined by one of my best friends about 12 years ago. When I was continually having to come up with usernames for different websites, I finally said enough was enough and began using the term 'macadactyl'. Since it was an invented word, it was always available.

When I began shopping for a url for my website everything I wanted was taken. In some cases by porn sites no less. I can understand sweetpapa.com, but how chadsullivan.com relates to pornography is beyond me. In the end I settled for macadactyl.com. I have to spell it to people usually but at least it was available and somewhat relevant.

The site is mainly a linking ground for all of the websites I run and maintain. My wife claims my favorite hobby is collecting hobbies. Apparently, I've begun the hobby of collecting domains and making websites. Some of the sites have message boards and blogs, so remember I do not regulate the content on all of the sites. Use at your own risks.
